You have to be creative in your cooking, don’t be afraid to add something new to your recipe. This recipe is also good for pasta and even rice.


  • Spaghetti

  • Mix vegetables of your choice

  • Turmeric

  • Curry powder (optional not compulsory )

  • Vegetable seasoning or any seasoning of your choice

  • Onions

  • Vegetable oil


  1. Parboil the spaghetti for about 8mins in water

  2. Sieve the spaghetti

  3. Put a deep frying pan on the stove or gas and put a little vegetable oil

  4. Add some chopped onions and your chosen vegetables this does not necessarily mean stir fry ones you can use any vegetable mix of your choice, be creative. Add vegetable seasoning also of your choice

  5. Allow to fry for 3mins

  6. Add the parboiled spaghetti allow to steam together for 7mins

  7. Eat your food
