Suya Spiced Beef

My Suya is a spicy, grilled beef which is marinated with traditional ingredients based on an African recipe which has deep roots in Northern Nigeria where I grew up.

Suya is traditionally served with sliced onions, tomatoes and cucumber. You might like to add chilli for that extra kick. It can be eaten hot or cold or can be added to your favourite dishes such as rice, pasta or salads.
